During your session, you will most likely experience a higher plane energy coursing through you. Allow your subconscious mind to lead. Over-analyzing or questioning the information that your subconscious mind sends may break your spiritual connection, so be sure to stay open minded and simply receive.
As your soul moves you through one event after another, you'll begin to gain a better understanding of why your messages is significant and what you may need to do to gain further clarification, understanding, &/or clearing.
The energy frequency of Soul-Felt Timeline Therapy™ is quite high and requires you to already be familiar with an altered state of consciousness and to have a good amount of Self trust. As such, expect to experience an "out there" feeling which is perfectly normal to feel. Once your session completes, allow your Self to sit with the information for at least 12-24 hours before attempting to interpret it.
